Compliance Manager

Andrew has regulated a wide variety of waste activities under the environmental and planning regimes for over 20 years. Following a move to the private sector into a broader environmental, health, safety and planning role Andrew successfully managed the delivery of an environmental permit and animal by-products permit applications for a major new anaerobic digestion facility.

He was also responsible for environmental permitting and planning compliance and delivering health and safety improvements at three smaller AD facilities operated by the same company.

Andrew is a qualified 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and holds a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Andrew currently provides PWCL with environmental permitting and planning technical advice and guidance, and health and safety support. He is also responsible for drafting corporate policy and procedural documents and assessing subcontractor pre-qualification applications.
