Andrew Greenwood has over 20 years of experience in environmental and planning regulation.

Since moving from the public to the private sector, Andrew has worked on several major renewable energy projects, expanding his expertise into health, safety, and quality management.

At Paul Winter Consulting Limited (PWCL), Andrew provides specialist technical advice and regulatory guidance on environmental permitting, planning applications, and compliance. His key responsibilities include:

• Managing environmental permit applications and planning submissions.
• Developing and implementing company policies and procedures to improve operational consistency and compliance, as well as drafting corporate templates and key documents to support project execution.
• Enhancing quality control by streamlining processes and improving documentation.
• Assessing subcontractor pre-qualification applications to ensure they meet the high compliance and quality standards expected by our clients.

Andrew is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and holds the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, reinforcing his commitment to regulatory compliance, safety, and quality assurance.
