About Us

Paul Winter Consulting Ltd (PWCL) is a project management and construction support services company focused on the delivery of industrial and energy projects for clients, developers, investment and contracting organisations

Introduction

'Experience teaches many things - but one of them is that there is always space for an independent view or new thinking, especially from those who have specialist knowledge and expertise'.

All the team at PWCL are able to apply their knowledge and expertise to provide real value to a wide range of UK and international clients.

We can review or develop a strategy that will best fit the project deliverables including the approach to funding and the financial outcomes.

We have worked for clients in a wide range of market sectors but have found that we are mainly focused on the delivery of industrial and power related Projects such as:

1. Renewable Energy

2. Energy from Waste

3. Anearobic Digestion

4. Industrial Warehousing

5. Construction support services to major contractors

With experience in all aspects of the construction industry, we provide professional advice and project management to clients from feasibility through to completion, commissioning and handover.

At PWCL we pride ourselves on being able to respond to a challenge without pre-fixed ideas or one-fits-all template 'solutions'. Our clients commission us because they know we use sound judgment and will tackle unique or complex tasks by utilising our years of experience and combining our expertise to get the job done.

Our project management services cover the whole project, from inception to completion. PWCL helps clients to maintain control of every aspect — quality, cost, programme, delivery and safety.

Our project management team provides a single point of contact for clients and contractors. We drive down project costs by using our knowledge of key markets and by ensuring that we have a detailed understanding of the client’s brief.

Our project managers are multi-skilled professionals and as a result we understand all aspects of the project process. Our extensive knowledge of contractual arrangements and the construction market enables us to rapidly build teams and deliver projects.
