PROJECT BACKGROUND

Biocentre Technology is a waste processing company with a conceptual waste processing solution that they required to build and install at various locations throughout the UK. This involved the treatment of in excess of 100,000 tns of MSW at each location and the production of an SRF Fuel Pellet.

WHAT WE DID

In order to achieve financial close on these projects, PWCL developed each site and completed the engineering for the installation, along with the key contracts required for the projects.

Alongside this, we also produced the financial plans including CAPEX, OPEX and cashflows for each solution.

What's more, we were appointed to project manage the construction and installation phase of the works.
