At PWCL, we’re well-placed to act as an Employer’s Agent; acting on behalf of our clients as the contract administrator for the works being carried out on construction projects and undertaking any or all of the following tasks:
Co-ordinating the review of information prepared by the contractor
Co-ordinating consultants
Considering items submitted by the contractor for ‘approval’
Collating contract documents
Handling change control procedures
Carrying out control procedures
Reviewing progress and preparing client reports
Validating or certifying payments
Monitoring commissioning and inspections
Certifying practical completion
Bringing defects to the attention of the contractor
Agreeing the final account
