Our project management services cover the whole project, from inception to completion. PWCL helps clients to maintain control of every aspect — quality, cost, programme, delivery and safety.
Our team provides a single point of contact for clients and contractors. We drive down project costs by using our knowledge of key markets and by ensuring that we have a detailed understanding of the client’s brief.
We have a proven track record working within the EPC Wrap method as well as managing multiple contract interfaces on behalf of our clients under an EPCM delivery model.

EPCM & EPC WRAP DELIVERY Models
With EPCM, clients are able to maintain control of the entirety of the project in question, whilst contractors manage the project from start to finish; leaving all third-party contracts in the name of the client.
EPC Wrap approaches involve a single construction contract with generally the main process contractor, plus a series of subcontracts between main contractor and package contractors.

We specialise in project management, working closely with investors and developers both, here in the UK and internationally to take construction projects from early-stage feasibility to handover and operation.
We have been involved with projects at various stages of the development process from feasibility, through planning, pre-construction to construction, commissioning and handover; understanding the importance of governance and reporting, whilst working to specific timescales and managing professional teams to a set programme.
