We are currently expanding our team and are interested to hear from individuals keen to take on experienced Project Manager roles with knowledge of the construction industry, to support our established team.

As a Project Manager, you will be required to work closely with our Senior Project Managers to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed to an expected timeline.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and fantastic organisational skills; well-versed in the intricacies of the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of renewable energy and overseeing renewable energy construction projects such as Energy from Waste plants and anaerobic digestion plants.

Expectations of Project Managers include:

• Create project objectives, budgets and schedules
• Delegate tasks and resources
• Monitor and document project progress
• Report project results to clients and management
• Provide administrative support to Senior Project Managers, including communicating and collaborating with contractors and clients

Ideally, we are interested in hearing from individuals based in Andover, Hampshire, who are happy to work on a hybrid basis, with a willingness to travel to various site locations as and when projects require.

Skills required include:

• Proven experience as a construction project manager
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards
• Excellent IT & communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well, both as part of a team and individually
• BSc/BA in engineering or a relevant field
