Simon has more than 35 years construction and renewables industry experience, ranging from multi-national geotechnical consulting and Tier 1 Civil contracting, to building and leading teams in design and build of Turnkey renewable energy schemes.

At senior level he has successfully built sizeable pipelines of opportunity, secured projects and framework positions across varied sectors and in new markets from water and utilities to process engineering and infrastructure security.

He has a knowledge of markets and experienced commercial view across sectors that is difficult to match, his eye for innovative solutions has allowed his schemes to win national awards for clients in engineering innovation, environmental suitability and cost and programme savings.

Simon is particularly effective in engaging stakeholders at all levels from operations to main board, and in mentoring professional advisers and clients in their optimisation of solutions and returns for potential schemes and projects.

His business development and strategic market activity allows him direct access at senior level across markets and pan-industry organisations, his skills in engagement ensuring that collaborative relationships can be easily formed and maintained.
