A Technically Advanced Anaerobic Digestion Facility In Cyprus
PWCL carried out a full feasibility study and are now supporting the pre-construction phase of a technically complex Anaerobic Digestion facility in Cyprus, ensuring process-driven requirements are integrated into design and planning.
Project Background
Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. (PWCL) was commissioned to assess the feasibility of developing an Anaerobic Digestion (AD) facility in Cyprus.
The study explored the viability of the project across a range of key variables, with PWCL producing a detailed report to support client decision-making and next steps.

What we did
Following the feasibility study, PWCL has continued its involvement into the pre-construction phase. This stage requires close coordination between the process design team, civil and structural engineers, and M&E specialists.
PWCL’s role ensures that process-driven requirements are effectively integrated into the site planning, equipment layout, and building enclosures.
By aligning technical design with operational needs, PWCL is helping ensure the feasibility and integrity of the facility from the earliest stages — laying the groundwork for a successful construction and commissioning process.
