The team at Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study in order to review the prospect of the development of an Anaerobic Digester in Cyprus; exploring the many variables that govern the decision of whether the project was feasible and viable. Our report reviewed the following areas: review of feasibility of AD scheme in Cyprus; exploration of feedstock availability and potential; exploration of technology and solutions for construction; review of revenue options, and financial modelling - providing feedback to the client via a detailed and extensive report.

Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. (PWCL) were instructed by DBE Energy to undertake a technical review of an existing anaerobic digestion plant and operations at the client’s site in Surrey. The areas reviewed covered: the initial depackaging facility, the anaerobic digestion process, gas clean up and grid entry. Our team also reviewed evidence of the operational performance and efficiency of the operations, taking into account the ability of the plant to scale up operations with future expansion and increase in feedstock levels in mind.
