The team at Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study in order to review the prospect of the development of an Anaerobic Digester in Cyprus; exploring the many variables that govern the decision of whether the project was feasible and viable. Our report reviewed the following areas: review of feasibility of AD scheme in Cyprus; exploration of feedstock availability and potential; exploration of technology and solutions for construction; review of revenue options, and financial modelling - providing feedback to the client via a detailed and extensive report.

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) required a technical options analysis of food waste treatment; assessing the options available to LCC for the appropriate treatment processes of domestic food wastes, with a focus on anaerobic digestion. This assessment included a feasibility study to assess the viability of an Energy from Waste facility in the area. PWCL provided a strategy report to LCC for the disposal of organic waste to AD or similar composting facilities. This included advising on the most economical route for disposal and for meeting some key sustainability KPI’s.

This interesting project sees Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. working on behalf of our clients from the very inception of a new anaerobic digestion plant in Lincolnshire that will add and integrate well into current farming businesses - supporting our clients with feasibility and in the production of various financial models which provided various solutions for the project.
