Leading design teams and cost consultants develop 100,000 sqft of Logistics warehousing.

WHAT WE DID

Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. had been commissioned to provide the project management for the development and subsequent sale of the site.

The team developed the pre-construction phase plans and designs along with the cost management plans.

Once the work had been completed the plot was sold and the client commissioned us to carry out future work on other industrial sites.
