Project Manager / Process Designer

James Spreull BSc (Hons) is a Project Manager and in charge of Process Design for Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. (PWCL)

James spent 20 years as a manager in Operations, Production and the Transport of Readymixed Concrete & Mortar batching plants in the South East of England for the RMC Group before moving into the waste industry.

He joined a New Zealand Company as a Senior Project Engineer covering the UK for all their in-vessel composting existing sites, future installations, site trials and R & D for the UK and Ireland.

Among many achievements was the successful development of a new precast concrete, aerated floor, tunnel composting system which he took from concept design to the installation and operation of Green Waste composting sites for NEWS and SHANKS.

After 14 years in the waste Industry, James has accumulated a broad range of technical and practical skills, having been involved in the design, installation, commissioning, training and ongoing support for a wide range of waste processing sites across the UK.
