Paul has over 40 years of experience with major infrastructure and construction projects in the UK and Internationally; ranging from airports, tunneling, road & rail projects, to industrial and energy projects.  

During his career, Paul has worked for one of the largest construction services companies in the world, heading up the company's industrial and airport construction segment. 

As Director of PWCL, Paul leads a number of complex projects, including Redruth Energy-from-Waste plant and BRM E-Sample Preparation Facility; managing project teams, appointing and managing subcontractors, developing the delivery programme, and driving the project timescales.
